The acceptance that you do not know all there is to know about your career, music, and the industry can serve you a lifetime. Learn as much as you can from credible people who have already achieved the level of success that you want to have in your life.
3. Practice Consistency
The message is to take small steps consistently rather than to bite off more than you can chew so to speak. If you do 1 hour a day or even 30 minutes of practice, you will be much further ahead of the people who do a lot one day and disappear for the rest of the week.
4. Surround Yourself With Great People
The people in your life will influence the direction you move towards. Hang around with musicians who are trying to get better, taking their music seriously, and putting out music all the time. They will up your game by association towards success.
