MariNationMusic LLC — Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the MariNationMusic platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

​

MariNationMusic is a fantasy music investment platform. Users may track, simulate, and compete with artist “investments” for entertainment, social, and educational purposes. No actual financial or royalty transactions occur. Any projected values are hypothetical and not guaranteed.

4. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
   

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations.

• Use the Service to harm, harass, or threaten others.

• Interfere with the Service, servers, or networks.

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the game or simulated investment features.
   

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service, excluding artist names, likenesses, and works, are owned by MariNationMusic LLC or its licensors.

• Artist Names and Works: Any reference to artists, their music, or likenesses is for fantasy, entertainment, and educational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of these intellectual properties, do not have formal partnerships with the artists, and do not profit directly from their work.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or use the Service’s proprietary content without permission, but simulated references to artists for gameplay purposes are permitted under fair use principles similar to fantasy sports models.

 

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• MariNationMusic LLC does not guarantee accuracy of simulated investment data or projected growth.

• In no event shall MariNationMusic LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
   

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms or inactivity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
