When you get up the first time you will create a routine your body will get use to providing you with better sleep and energy throughout the day.

When you read you are essentially downloading decades worth of knowledge. You can download a persons full life in a matter of a couple of days, then go and use this wisdom to improve upon your life. Think about this the next time you go to fire up Netflix.
